Your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains how SUI NOVA (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information when you use our website, products, and services (the “Services”). This is a plain-English summary for builders and traders, not legal advice.
1) Who We Are & Scope
SUI NOVA is a community-driven meme coin project on the Sui blockchain. This Policy covers our public website and any features we operate (e.g., newsletter forms, contact forms, community tools) and applies when you interact with us off-chain. It does not control third-party sites, wallets, DEXs, or explorers.
2) What We Don’t Collect
- No KYC by default. We don’t request government IDs.
- No custodial wallet details. We never take seed phrases or private keys. Never share those with anyone.
3) What We May Collect
- Wallet Address & On-Chain Activity. If you connect a wallet, we can see the public address and public on-chain data related to it (balances, transfers, transactions, and interactions with our contracts). Public blockchains are transparent and immutable by design.
- Site Usage Data. IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, time on site, and referrers collected via standard web logs or privacy-respecting analytics. We may use cookies or localStorage to remember preferences (e.g., light/dark mode or dismissed banners).
- Communications. Email address and message content if you subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, or participate in surveys.
4) Cookies, Local Storage & Analytics
We use limited cookies/localStorage to keep the site usable and snappy (e.g., preferences, session hints). We may use privacy-focused analytics or third-party analytics providers. You can block cookies in your browser; the site may still work, but some features could degrade.
5) Third-Party Widgets & Links
Our site can embed or link to third parties—e.g., DexScreener charts, Moonbags bonding-curve pages, RadianX, explorers, or social platforms. These providers may collect data under their own policies. We don’t control them. Review their privacy terms before using their services.
6) How We Use Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the website and Services.
- Display or aggregate public on-chain data relevant to SUI NOVA.
- Communicate announcements, updates, and newsletters (opt-out anytime).
- Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms.
7) Legal Bases (GDPR/UK GDPR)
Where required, we rely on: (a) contract necessity (to provide the Services); (b) legitimate interests (site security, limited analytics, service improvement); (c) consent (newsletters or non-essential cookies); and (d) legal obligations.
8) Sharing Information
- Service Providers. Hosting, email delivery, analytics, or security vendors under obligations to protect your data.
- Legal & Compliance. If required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.
- Public Blockchain. Anything you do on-chain is public, indexable, and permanent by design.
- Business Changes. In a merger or similar event, information may transfer subject to this Policy.
9) Data Retention
Off-chain data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted or anonymized. On-chain data is permanent and outside our control.
10) Security
We use industry-standard measures to safeguard off-chain data. Still, no system is perfectly secure. Keep your wallet keys safe and verify URLs before connecting.
11) International Transfers
We may process data across jurisdictions. When required, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
12) Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, limit, or port your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. To exercise rights, contact us at support@suinova.pro.
- EU/UK: GDPR/UK GDPR rights apply where relevant.
- California: You may have CCPA/CPRA rights (access, delete, correct, opt-out of “sale/share”). We don’t “sell” personal info in the conventional sense.
13) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region). Do not use our Services if you are under the applicable age.
14) Changes to This Policy
We’ll update this Policy as our Services evolve. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
